Jennifer Steele, Founder & PrincipalAs the Principal Consultant, Jennifer is personally committed to every client. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience working with family business, entrepreneurs, Boards of Directors, leadership teams, human resource professionals and employees. Jennifer has a strong background in strategic planning and management consulting with a broad perspective on business issues, especially sales and marketing. She has facilitated hundreds of strategic planning retreats and management development sessions and has worked closely with many types of businesses. Jennifer is certified in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (Faculty of Law, University of Windsor ). Jennifer is an active volunteer, community representative and serves on several boards of directors.

Written Communication and Editing Specialists Dr. James Steele is an Adjunct Professor of English at Carleton University, where he also served as Managing Editor of the academic journal "English Studies in Canada". Dr. Steele has taught, published and done consulting work in the field of advanced literacy. He has assisted Aurora Consulting Group with editing reports and with special projects, including analysis of communication problems and writing skills. Heather Steele worked for many years as a Director and Editing Consultant in the public sector, including the Canadian Centre for Management Development, the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, and the CBC. She has often collaborated with Aurora Consulting Group by developing and editing client documents, speeches, and other communications and by providing valuable comments on their substance.
